Tonio’s Restaurant (CLOSED)

There’s nothing too remarkable about Tonio’s—and that’s a good thing. Tomato sauce is hearty and sweet; tangy minestrone is loaded with vegetables. Meat dishes are expertly cooked and embellished with uncomplicated spices and garnishes. There’s also a wide selection of appetizers for sharing (antipasti, pepperoni, clams, mussels, prosciutto) and several veal, seafood and vegetarian entrées. It all adds up to a satisfying meal.
