Chef Yang has worked amongst New York cities most prominent sushi restaurants such as Tao . Morimoto.masa .neta .kanoyama .mihoko and megu..working with many nobu chef .bond street chef.he has decided to go out on his own to create " topchefsushi " a fusion of some his own special dishes and signiture creations.

Chef Yang will bring a colorful way of sushi and sashimi dishes accompanied by some hand picked saki and Japanese beer to "fast eddies"in the heart of Hell's Kitchen.
