This unassuming Japanese spot serves an all-omakase menu, which changes based on whatever chef Norihiko Manabe feels like serving. The heart of this 30-seat restaurant is the sushi bar; surrounding it are a few scattered tables. If you're not full after the standard six courses, choose a supplement—such as grilled, bacon-wrapped scallops; lemongrass hot and sour soup; or soba salad—from a rotating selection.
