Time Out says

This quirky mini-chain is just as well known for its pizzas’ names as it is for the funky toppings. To wit: The Kraken is sweet Italian sausage, Andouille, pepperoni, red onion, jalapeño, ricotta and mozzarella on a round, Sicilian crust. Any of the wacky combinations can be made on a gluten-free, rice flour-based dough, so go wild and order a Dude—that’s the Cajun-bacon-cheeseburger pie, of course.

Two Boots pizza is named for the two boot shapes of Italy and Louisiana. This fun and exciting pizza place definitely isn't serving the average slice you can get just about anywhere in Manhattan. The pizza is truly unique and one of a kind at Two Boots. Try the Bayou Beast with spicy shrimp, crawfish, andouille sausage, jalapeno, and mozzarella cheese. The Grandma Bess is a delicious grandma style pizza made with organic San Marzano tomatoes. They even have a vegan pizza loaded with veggies and non dairy cheese.  Two Boots has holiday themed pizzas as well for Mardi Gras, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and a few other special days.

Maybe it was because I was starving or maybe it was because this pizza is really amazing, either way, I demolished this pizza in approximately 6 minutes of getting it. This was the classic grandma (2 slices) with a side of cajun ranch and it was amazing. It was warmed up to just the right temperature, the guys working behind the counter were super nice and it was fast!

Really what more could you ask for in a pizza place??
