Utopia Diner

The etymology of its name—from the Greek ou (not, no) and topos (place)—means "nowhere." It's ironic, since you couldn't find a pleasanter eatery with a firm sense of neighborhood. The booths are many and comfy-spacious, the cheeseburger deluxe is juicy and the fries are crispy. The food is prepared and served significantly better than most diners in tourist areas or business districts, but it's still affordable. Sure, you will have to wait in line for weekend brunch, but for a weekday breakfast or quick dinner, you will feel right at home.
