Time Out says
Although it’s part of a worldwide chain of 19 restaurants, Utsav will please even the most discerning connoisseur. Perhaps that’s why so many Indian families join the midtown business crowd in this enormous room brightened by floor-to-ceiling windows. Everything is well made, but the lamb dishes are especially glorious.
