Raised in Thailand, owner and chef Chuck Valla cut his teeth by cooking for celebs, high-level executives and other people who won't settle for less than perfection in and around NYC.
Now he’s taken the leap and opened Valla Table. Taking inspiration straight from his grandmother’s kitchen, Chuck’s food comes from recipes that have been handed down from generation to generation. Which means this is authentic as Thai food gets.
