It seems the latest trend in mobile foods is to go brick-and-mortar: First, DessertTruck moved to an LES storefront last month, and now this ice cream shop on wheels unveils its first nonrolling location, in Greenpoint. In addition to its full range of ice cream flavors, like pistachio and Earl Grey tea, the 10-seat café will serve Intelligentsia coffee (espresso and drip), and a rotating selection of pastries, including scones and a hazelnut–brown-butter cake.
