Istanbul's sweet waffles were the inspiration for this wood-clad takeout shop, from Turkish-born Arman Sen and partner Daniel Richardson, a former DuMont manager. The menu spans savory (tuna salad, avocado and yogurt) and sweet (milk-chocolate fudge, Nutella, peanut butter) offerings. Do as the Turks do and fold yours like a taco before chomping down.
