A restaurant based in the Midtown West area of Hudson Yards, Wild Ink dishes up contemporary, Asian food, with an infusion of global flavor. The menu is lead by executive chef Peter Jin, who formerly worked at the Refinery Hotel and Hotel 50 Bowery (if you want to see all kitchen action then you can pull up one of the 10 stools at the chef’s counter). Decorated minimally, the spot is spacious, has a mocha colour palette and a wooden interior reflecting the clear Asian-influence.
As for the food, you can expect dishes such as dim sum, curried lamb momo, roasted chicken with rice and more. Chef Serry Zhu (previously at Asian-fusion Buddakan in Chelsea Market) manages and supervises the dim sum menu and the bar focuses mainly on cocktails while also serving light snacks alongside the drinks. When it comes to booking, you can walk-in or reserve a table, and private dining is also available.
