Jason Marcus and Heather Heuser open a spin-off joint to Traif, their first restaurant, just down the block. The new spot focuses on Mexican-inflected fare: foie gras al pastor with roasted pineapple, whole-roasted squid with chorizo and salty churros for dessert.
