For your entree, you might try guilin mifen rice noodle soup ($11.99), dan dan rice noodles ($10.99) or hot and sour beef soup ($11.99). Don’t forget to try the wide assortment of bao: Yuan stuffs the buns with everything from pan-fried pork ($8.95) to golden egg yolks ($5.50). Got a sweet tooth? End the meal with red bean spring rolls or matcha ice cream (both $4.50).
