In the mood for ramen? Order from their menu or choose your own adventure

In the mood for ramen? Order from their menu or choose your own adventure: just pick your noodle type (thin, thick or thin and curly) and your toppings (braised pork belly, bamboo shoots, poached egg…) to create the bowl of your dreams. If you’re really into making your food yourself, go for the DIY sushi hand roll platter. You’ll get an assortment of fish and veggies served with nori, sushi rice and salads so you can roll your own dinner. (It’s the perfect activity for a low-stress date!) Of course, if you prefer to eat your food pre-assembled, there’s an extensive menu of sushi, sashimi, already-rolled rolls and gyoza made in-house. Wash it down with one of their signature cocktails—favorites include the Yuzu Margarita, Jamasakura and Passion Butterfly.

Zutto Japanese Ramen Sushi Bar says
Located in Nolita, Little Italy – Soho neighborhood, Zutto Ramen Sushi Bar features a casual atmosphere of exposed brick walls and warm lights welcoming guests to unwind and enjoy Chef Jason Metz’s eclectic cuisine, a melding of Japanese-influenced fare with the Dominican family-style soul food from his youth. Inspired to share the cultures of both the Izakaya pubs in Japan and his own Caribbean upbringing, Metz uses Zutto’s as a canvas where food and drinks are best enjoyed with friends and family.

For 30 years, Zutto’s Japanese American Pub in TriBeCa has served cuisines such as sushi, ramen, and American comfort food along with premium draft beer, canned and bottled beer, and colorful cocktails to neighborhood locals and New York City tourists. After studying at the New York Restaurant School in 2008, New York City native Jason Metz worked at Zutto’s original location as the line cook where he learned to make authentic sushi, sashimi, ramen, and traditional Japanese food. He dreamed of one day owning the restaurant, which he turned into reality in the summer of 2018.

At the Zutto Ramen Sushi Bar Nolita location, Metz has continued the brand’s dedication to providing its customers with favorite dishes such as the ramen while expanding the menu to include new specialty items such as the Nolita exclusive DIY sushi platter and the Zutto edamame, along with an extensive bar menu.
