Third-generation barber Thorin Decatur, who groomed men at popular establishment Freemans Sporting Club, has opened his own barbershop inside Chelsea Market. The four-chair space’s aesthetic is a contemporary interpretation of mid-20th-century Americana with dark oak wood floors, white marble counters and wrought-iron fixtures. You can make an appointment for a cut ($20–$45), shave ($45) or beard trim ($20) online, but drop-ins are also welcome. Pick up grooming products, including Musgo Real ($15) and Ursa Major ($24) shaving cream and Mr. Natty hair pomade ($24).
