Live plants line the shop’s back wall and blond wooden display shelves show off 1969’s focal point: affordable men’s and women’s premium-denim jeans and exclusive European and Japanese styles. Nab ladies’ pin-tuck trousers ($80), women’s indigo high-rise pants ($70) and men’s slim, slouchy pairs ($60). “Jeans experts” are on hand to help you pick out the best fit and design, and an iPad station in the middle of the store allows you to search through styling ideas and shop online for items that are out of stock or not carried at this particular location.
