Master sommelier Rom Toulon, former wine director at Napa Valley's Michelin-starred Meadowood, shows California plenty of love at his Tribeca wineshop, showcasing sips from producers such as Colgin and Screaming Eagle. The 2,500-square-foot store boasts a state-of-the-art tasting room, where a flatscreen TV is used for Skype calls with global winemakers.
