Beer and Indian Food

Pretty Things Beer & Ale Project and Café Spice join forces for this suds-fueled cooking demonstration and tasting. Husband-and-wife brew team Dann Paquette and Martha Holley-Paquette will present samples of their craft quaffs (including the prune-infused Baby Tree) and explain how to successfully match beer with spicy foods. Test their theories while munching on Indian appetizers—such as mustard shrimp with curry leaves—prepared by chef Hari Nayak.
