Beer importer Brian Ewing (12 Percent Imports) will join Jessica Kesselman and Vince Razionale of Vermont's Jasper Hill Farm to match five or six small-production Belgian brews, including Valeir Divers and Tournay Blond, with a selection of artisanal cheeses. The series continues with a home-brew showcase on Aug 22, and a Scandinavian beer tasting on Sept 19.
