Boundless New York (CLOSED)

This half shopping destination and half hangout for local skate-punks prides itself on being one of the few retailers that sells decks at cost—recently, we spent $45 for Five Boro, Zoo York and Shut models. Opened by Nick Langella, the shop sources hard-to-find tees (starting at $22), hats (around $25) and skate accessories ($3 and up) from 4 Star, King Stampede, Girls, Mighty Healthy and Skate Mental.
