Brews, Blues and BBQ

Hit the Beach at Governors Island for this celebration of live music, craft brews and beer-infused grub. The series focuses on a different craft brewery each time—this edition spotlights Ommegang, an upstate outfit known for its Belgian-inspired quaffs. The suds will be incorporated into dishes such as brats ($7) and fish tacos ($7), and will also be served in six-ounce tasting cups. Try the Belgian Pale Ale, Witte or Three Philosophers for $4 each, or snag all three for $10. Live music starts at 1:30pm, with Danny Toan laying down jazzy guitar riffs.
