Be prepared to drop some serious dough at the second location of this upscale Italian menswear store (the first is in the Financial District). Blazers ($695–$1,425) and button-up shirts ($295) hang in neat rows on the sleek main level, while accessories ($75–$1,350) are displayed in brightly lit glass cases. Ride the crystal-glass elevator down to the luxe made-to-measure room, where a private tailor will help outfit you in the perfect suit ($1,995–$3,995), trousers ($450–$795), sports coat ($1,350–$2,995), shirt ($275–$625) and overcoat ($1,500–$4,500). Lounge in leather armchairs while trying on sleek loafers ($595), calfskin moccasins ($550) and stylish oxfords ($650–$850). If you can’t shell out thousands but still want a little piece of luxury, go for silk pocket squares ($75) and neckties ($150–$160).

HORRENDOUS SERVICE AND ATTITUDE
I stopped by and treated myself to 2 very expensive shirts and had them shipped to my home. when they arrived the sleeves were much too long. i called the store, was told to send them back by fedex with a shirt that fits and they would make the alterations. i did so and enclosed the fedex receipt with a note reminding them to credit me. i got a call from the sales person telling me that they "do not credit fedex charges" and the person to whom i spoke should have given me Canali's fedex # to use. i was so shocked that i didn't do what i should have - cancel the order. amazingly cheap and contemptuous of them. i will never shop there again and i urge readers to do the same.
