Tom Colicchio's Craft showcases bartender Sean McClure's mixology talents by converting its private dining room into a cocktail lounge for the evening. Barflys can sample more than 30 libations such as the Ward 8 (Rittenhouse rye, lemon juice, orange juice and grenadine) or the Pink Lady (Boodles gin, Laird's applejack, lemon juice, grenadine, egg white and Angostura bitters) for $12 each.
