The worst service I have ever received!!!!! I had big problems with custom clearance because the documents and delivery were not organized properly. I asked many times for help to amend the documents, but I did not received any help, just letters with words "we can do nothing", simply get off but in polite manner. Moreover, I always received wrong information from the owner of the company - Barbara Karpf - about the cost of delivery, even the news that my fabrics was sent back while it was without problems stored at UPS!!!! Moreover, I payed the delivery cost to the office of decoratorsbest and in addition - international shipping costs, but as I found out later the fabrics never reached the office of decoratorsbest and was sent directly from producer. DecoratorsBest at the same time took extra money to the delivery to them (which was not done) and in addition they spitted upon the transfering right details and other information which should be presented in the invoice to the producer, who finally sent the cargo. I had really awful experince with this company. I am a designer and I have a rich experience of order fabrics and accessorizes from different retailers and producers and I never experinced such problems as with this company. I would never use its service again and never recommend it. Do not waste your nerves and time!!!
