Don’t be intimidated by the ominous 666 sign above the entrance or the foreboding name: This store, favored by celebrities like Madonna, Paris Hilton and Jennifer Lopez, isn’t at all scary. Colorful neon signs bearing phrases like snobs and bitches unite and terrified of boredom hang high on the walls and illuminate the shiny white space. A similar cheekiness also permeates the ten-year-old clothing brand, which features mostly graphic tees, such as shirts emblazoned with Mike Tyson’s face, studded with crystals ($80), or horoscope tops for each astrological sign ($80). If you’re looking for something a bit more grown-up, check out cashmere sweaters covered in what look like colorful candy dots ($200) or silk tanks with a rendering of rib-cage bones on the front ($80).
