Instead of opening a new store, designer Ernest Alexander decided to take things a little more personal with his New York customers. The designer is inviting shoppers to stop by his NoMad studio and not only check out his men’s clothing and accessories, but also get an inside look at the design process. Among the preppy neckties ($85), oxford shirts ($155) and canvas messenger bags ($345), you’ll see the materials, inspiration boards and sketches that came before the finished products.
