I had a very bad experience with Flower Girl. The arrangement I ordered for my sister's birthday was delivered a day late. The flowers were wilted. On top of this, Flower Girl not only refused to replace the flowers, but hassled me about my request. I was embarrassed that my gift to my sister bombed so terribly and frustrated at the shop's complete disinterest in customer service.
