High-end Dumbo food market Foragers opens a 3,900-square-foot outpost in Chelsea. Shoppers can pick up seasonal, organic produce, sustainable seafood and dry-aged meats from the butcher shop, which is run by Taylor Boetticher, formerly of San Francisco's Fatted Calf. To eat, find breakfast bites (farm egg and house bacon on an English muffin), rotisserie boxes (garlic chicken with potatoes and aioli) and butcher sandwiches (Vietnamese pork banh mi), along with salads, sides and bento boxes.
