At its first Manhattan location, expect overstock and past-season goods from brands including Michael Kors, Elie Tahari and Free People at up to 70 percent off. While shopping at off-price retailers usually means rifling through disorganized racks, this spot has a department-store feel to it, with clothing and accessories organized in designer vignettes. The merchandise is updated daily; we recently spotted Steve Madden studded military boots ($118), Pour la Victoire leather handbags ($118–$179) and Fendi aviator sunglasses ($89).
