Polish pharmaceutical chemist turned cosmetics guru Wojtek Inglot’s second NYC shop (the other opened in Times Square in 2009) finds a home on the fifth floor of Chelsea Market. The brand has been developing European beauty products for the global masses since 1986, and the massive downtown space further extends its broad reach. Makeup artists and beauty junkies will be giddy to test out more than 1,500 eyeshadow colors, lipsticks and nail polishes. Shoppers can also use on-site cameras and lighting equipment to stage photo shoots. Pick up paraben-free five-color eyeshadow squares ($25), nail enamels that employ the same durable polymer used for contact lenses ($14) and facial highlighting powders ($18). Eventually, Inglot plans to offer regular cosmetology classes.
