Jacques Torres Factory

This venue is expected to open fall 2013. Master chocolatier Jacques Torres will debut a Wonka-worthy chocolate factory at Sunset Park’s Brooklyn Army Terminal. The 39,500-square-foot space will consolidate manufacturing from his Dumbo and Soho locations, equipped with a five-ton melter, a chocolate-powdering room, a 70-foot-long packaging tunnel and an ice cream room peddling frosty sandwiches made with Torres’s famous chocolate-chip cookies.
