Josh Ritter

Best known for his folksy song lyricism, Ritter entered the realm of the novel with last year's Bright's Passage, a tragicomic tale of a man who survives WWI, only to be greeted by wildfires in his home state and an infant son he's not equipped to take care of. Tonight's paperback release party includes music and a Q&A with the audience; those without tickets are welcome to attend the postshow book signing.
