Though Lacoste is often associated with golfers in the suburbs, the brand’s latest men’s spin-off label, Lacoste L!VE, is contemporary enough for even the artsy folks downtown. The Soho location is the first of 60 eye-catching stores that will soon open around the country, with crayon-colored garb, a black-and-white striped wall, and a polka-dot ceiling. Find the traditional crocodile featured on revamped apparel and footwear with modern silhouettes and graphics. We wouldn’t mind if our beaus and bros wore graffiti-striped sweaters ($195), buffalo-plaid cotton shirts ($110) and slim-fit five-pocket jeans ($130).
