Sixpoint Craft Ales kicks off its sixth-anniversary celebration with this four-course, locavore-friendly beer-pairing dinner. Quaff Diesel Stout with pig-tail confit and Belgian Rye with braised pork shoulder, both prepared from Yorkshire pigs bred on Meiller's Farm in Pine Plains, NY. The suds appeal doesn't end there: The meal marks the unveiling of the closely guarded second release in Sixpoint's genre-defying Mad Scientist series, and everyone will go home with a growler of beer.
