Time Out says

This French beauty brand was founded in 1976, when Olivier Bussan began selling his essential-oil-infused products at local Provence markets. That rustic, old-world charm pervades this newly appointed flagship, where antique-wood shelving displays L’Occitane’s bath and body goods featuring subtle, classic scents such as peony, olive and lavender. There are plenty of ways to test the products, including in a greenhouse-encased spa station in the back, where you can receive gratis mini facials using the brand’s brightening exfoliator scrub ($36). There’s also a table for complimentary hand massages using assorted shea-butter creams ($10) redolent of hibiscus flower and desert rose, as well as a long sink for scrubbing down with shea-almond liquid soap ($24). Find fragrances such as the sweet-smelling Cherry Blossom eau de toilette ($48), and men’s products including soothing shave gel ($16) and aromatherapy shampoo ($18).
