Time Out says

This Brooklyn staple has been plugging along for 31 years—mostly on word-of-mouth advertising. “Just ask your neighbor where to go for framing—they’ll tell ya,” says owner Tom Shoemaker. “We get everyone from little Hispanic grandmothers to yuppies from the Heights.” Frame pricing is dependent on the size and materials used, but generally ranges from $7 to $160 a foot. And don’t forget the glass options, including UV-light-blocking glass ($30 for an 11”-by-14” frame) and nonglare glass ($20 for 11”-by-14”).
