Michael Bastian pop-up (CLOSED)

This New York designer’s modern menswear has been sold in Barneys New York and Bergdorf Goodman for the past 13 seasons, and Bastian is finally opening a store to call his own—at least temporarily. The space is part of BOFFO (boffo-ny.org), a nonprofit building organization geared toward supporting the arts with collaborations between established and emerging designers. The store is built within a pile of hay, and evokes an eerie, New England gothic vibe with dark displays and wax walls. Stylish guys will find the full collection of clothing ($145–$1,375) and accessories ($120–$995), including camo-print sweaters ($675), military jackets ($995) and bird-print T-shirts ($145).
