England’s Mulberry goes theme-crazy every season, and this spring’s obsession with fairground iconography is no exception: Trippy carousel wallpaper and life-size horses that looked as if they were plucked right off a merry-go-round greet customers at the door. The ready-to-wear collection blends seamlessly with the small leather goods, bags, and Technicolor-printed shoes and scarves. Prices start at $95 for a credit card case or passport cover and reach as high as $1,250 for the Alexa, a bag designed by Emma Hill and donned by Brit import Alexa Chung.
