As the official timekeeper of the Olympics, the watch of choice for James Bond, and more than 160 years of experience—Omega has an impressive history. The brand ups its anti with a ritzy flagship store that features walls of treated crystal imported from France. The boutique will have an expanded collection of watches to include one of every Omega watch in production. But that's not the only impressive attribute: the shop has a heavy emphasis on customer service. Watchmakers will be on-site to personally meet with customers and take them through the intricacies of the watch they are considering purchasing. Instead of browsing glass cases, people will have a more European shopping experience where options are brought to them based on their specific interests and criteria. Champagne and a cappuccino bar will be on-site to further ensure a truly enjoyable shopping experience. And if for some reason your watch breaks, Omega will provide a temporary replacement for consumers who are awaiting their watch to return from being serviced.
