Jessica Fechner, owner of private vintage showroom Lâché et Occupé (lacheetoccupe.com), and Artists & Fleas vet Giana Stanigar of the Greedy Seagull (etsy.com/shop/thegreedyseagull) have opened this boutique together, stocking unique women’s clothing from the Victorian era through the 1980s. The shop features wall-to-wall pinup-girl artwork, a velvet couch and a large skylight flooding the space with a natural glow. Even the register is a repurposed Prohibition-era bar. Browse through dresses ($45–$200), separates ($25–$60) and accessories ($15–$60), then head to the changing room, created from a converted 1920s photography backdrop, to try on romantic frocks such as a 1960s Harry Keiser floral cocktail number ($178) and a 1950s cotton-and-lace day dress ($78). Round out your look with 1940s Turkish brass bracelets ($278 each) and a 1920s emerald glass necklace ($128). Take advantage of the on-site alterations ($20–$100), or get gratis style advice from a personal shopper, available by appointment.

Well edited selections from a variety of eras, with a better range of sizing that the usual vintage shop.
Pin Up Queens is my favorite vintage shop in all of New York. It's cozy, inviting and jam packed with gorgeous girly dreams from all different eras. Giana and Jessica are sweet, helpful and extremely knowledgeable, and every visit is a lot of fun!
Cute little shop but with tons of items!! Reasonably priced, I usually walk out with a necklace or earrings ($20-$40.) Staff is super friendly, willing to help you with anything AND they do alterations, even changing clip-on earrings to post earrings...if only they could alter my waist to fit into a gorgeous green dress that I still dream about!! They get new stuff in a lot and have a very nice "boyfriend/husband couch" for your man to chill and play games on his phone while you try on everything :)
