Even the most die-hard runway followers know that having smart casual clothing is crucial (especially when attempting to pull off the I-didn’t-try-too-hard-yet-I-look-fabulous brunch ensemble). Enter Rag & Bone’s unfussy women’s spin-off line, which takes center stage at the brand’s fourth NYC boutique. Budget shoppers will appreciate the collection’s lower price points on tees, jersey dresses, button-downs and denim. In contrast with Rag & Bone’s other rustic-looking shops, this 1,300-square-foot spot is more industrial and clean, with a crisp cream-and-white palette. The designers have kept what was once Café Colonial’s exposed brick, tin ceiling and tile floors to display knit blazers ($275), skinny jeans ($180) and boyfriend shirts ($185). There’s also a shoe lounge offering the regular R&B collection of motorcycle boots ($550) and oxfords ($375).
