Time Out says

The first U.S. outpost of South African bath-products brand Rain has arrived in Rockefeller Center, but rest assured: Bath & Body Works this is not. With nary an overly perfumed body wash in sight, the store offers an array of earthy oils, soaps and loungewear created by South African artisans in a sparkling Zen-like oasis. In fact, when Rain was started nearly a decade ago, founder Bev Missing’s primary concern was job creation (she arrived at soap-making after nixing chocolate and cheese due to high costs). This practical attitude has spilled over into the all-natural offerings, including a liquid soap station where you can use and refill your own bottles ($9–$28); DIY scrubs created with your choice of ingredients, such as sugar and organic rose-hip oil ($24–$34); and a central area where you can take home bath fizz balls ($3–$4) in scents like saffron tangerine or pick and choose combinations for custom gift baskets ($14–$120).
