Time Out says

True to name, the 25-year-old Spice World stocks incredibly cheap spices, grains and beans (cumin seeds $2.99 per pound; kidney beans $1.29 per pound), plus Guyanese brands of everything from soda to curry powder. But the best finds are the tingly sweet-sour pickled mango and the tongue-searingly hot (yet amazingly floral) wiri wiri pepper sauce, both jarred from barrels shipped in from Guyana. Don’t miss the store’s fish market, which sells tiny, sweet West Indian shrimp and the buttery-fleshed—but prehistorically scaly—black fish called hassa, which the Guyanese stew with coconut milk.
