Rado Bomba and Delgis Canahuate create gorgeous bouquets ($25–$150) wrapped with ribbon, featuring garden roses, peonies, stars-of-Bethlehem and freshly cut orchids. The shop usually ships citywide, but Bomba recommends calling a couple of days in advance for all holiday-related arrangements and deliveries.
