Studio Anise
Owner Paul Anis’s showroom-store, which hosts a comprehensive collection of high-end Italian and European brands, can outfit your entire home with modern pieces such as oak-wood kitchen cabinets, Tibetan wool rugs and luxe white bathtubs. Since the shop is sparsely stocked, the majority of items can be purchased from in-store catalogs. On-site interior designers are also available to help you plan your dream space. Our favorite finds include the ornate, textured Wall + Deco customized wallpaper ($12 per square foot), colorful De Padova aluminum-frame chairs ($463) and Tubes bubble-shaped radiators ($4,241).

The experience I had with Studio Anise was very good. During the ordering process the salesperson was very helpful and always prompt to answer emails and phone calls. She kept me updated on the shipment (Germany-New York-Bermuda) and kept in contact with the import company on the island. Studio Anise proved to be a trustworthy and reliable company. I would recommend it for their high quality furniture and excellent service.

STAY AWAY.  They are COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE.  They will promise you everything you want to here and not deliver anything.  Our experience was basically the same as the NYC contractor below.  Don't trust them for a minute.

To any potential customer of Anise Studio. Paul Anis, the president of this company, will not deliver the products you purchased and will also not return your money. I would like to share my story below in hopes that I prevent another person from going through the same horrible experience. I purchased over $25,000 in Agape fixtures through Anise Studio in July 2012. After 4 months waiting for part of the fixture package, I found out that due to technical problems in Agape's factory, the manufacturing of these was indefinitely postponed. I requested Anise Studio to send me a credit for these fixtures (over $11,000 in value). My request was cordially accepted, assured I was entitled to the credit and was told this will be taken care of shortly. Six months later, after countless emails, phone calls and even personal visits to the showroom, I received a check from Paul for what he claimed was the full sum of the money he owed me. What I found then was infuriating: the sum of the check he wrote was over $1,500 short of what I was owed. To this date, I am still stuck. Beware: Paul Anis is extremely polite and he will make you believe your problem will be resolved immediately. After a few calls and emails you will find out that you are being blatantly ignored.
