The Languedoc-Roussillon region is the focus of this year's Sud de France Festival, which showcases the area's food, wine and culture at a series of events throughout the month. The festivities kick off with free party at the Frying Pan (June 6; 8–11pm); after that, foodies can check out a James Beard House dinner with Michelin-starred chef Charles Fontès (June 20; $170). Oenophiles have plenty of options, including a TONY rooftop party featuring Languedoc-Roussillon vinos (June 7; $35) and three wine seminars (June 9, 16, 23; free).
