Time Out says

Hairstylist Takamichi Saeki began giving his loyal clientele artistic-looking cuts in the now-closed East Village salon he opened in 1999. His operation of comb wielders later found a home in a Great Jones Street loft for seven years, and now he’s upgraded to a 2,000-square-foot space on the second floor of a Bowery condo, where stylists flutter about, mastering precise cuts for men ($75–$180) and women ($85–$180) that last long after your spin in the cream-colored swivel chairs. The gifted roster of mane wizards promise to adorn your noggin with a trim that considers three factors: your head shape, hair texture and lifestyle. The beauty destination serves up a comprehensive menu of coiffure services, including blowouts ($60–$80), updos ($95–$150), Brazilian hair-straightening ($240–$500) and highlights (partial $155 –$255, full $245–$350). Once you’ve been beautified, sip gratis infusions in the tea room, where you can relax around a dining-room table with art books and fashion zines post-snip.
