Corralejo Distillery joins forces with Hill Country for a night of spirits and smoky meat. Sample four tequila varieties—from unaged blanco to gran anejo aged for two years—and enjoy a three-course meal that includes smoked tenderloin with roasted sweet potatoes, and tequila-spiked Mexican hot chocolate. A cocktail hour beforehand will feature drinks like the Saztec (a mix of Corralejo reposado tequila, absinthe, muddled sugar, cherries, bitters and orange rind).
