Brooklyn Fermented brings its roving food-and-wine academy to the Brooklyn Museum, offering this tasting of summer-appropriate tipples. Vino proAdrian Murcia will present five wines from the French and Italian Rivieras–including sips from Bandol and Cinque Terre–to complement five of the region’s cheeses, sourced by Murray's Cheese, Formaggio Essex and Di Palo's. Afterward, wander around the museum (until 10pm) and view the exhibitions through wine-blearied eyes; admission is included in the cost of the class.
