The seasonal Hester Street Fair—started in 2010 by SuChin Pak, Ron Castellano, Suhyun Pak and Adam Zeller—is planting permanent roots with a brick-and-mortar store inside the Eventi hotel. The industrial space, with gray walls and metal rafters, will showcase goods from the bazaar’s favorite fashion and home vendors, including Lindsey Thornburg dip-dyed silk cloaks ($575–$1,250), Kelly Lamb hanging planters ($130) and Joel Fitzpatrick preppy towels ($12–$98).
