The Little Glass Slipper

Time Out says
Former psychologist Cary Pereyra honed her skills in floral and herb arrangements at the Flower School of New York (flowerschoolny.com) before opening this 1,000-square-foot space—her first-ever store. Her knack for crafts and eye for beauty are evident in the shop’s decor, featuring birch shelves and antique furniture with wood drawer pulls used as hangers. A tree-shaped chandelier floats above Pereyra’s bouquets, made from sage leaves, poppies, roses, peonies, lilacs and other eye-catching buds. Pick up tropical-plant bromeliads ($45), moss-and-pearl succulents ($40) and fern terrariums ($35–$85). You can also shop decorative vintage goods, including rustic vases ($12–$55), mercury votives ($9) and apothecary bottles ($12–$55).
